Dr. Kate Smith and Dr. Natasha Kassam, co-founders of 8 Hearts, met each other at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine and became instant friends and study partners. After completing their doctorate program, they worked together as colleagues at a natural medicine clinic, continuing their relationship of collaboration, insight and support. Through their academic and professional endeavors, they have continued to facilitate each others growth and development as healers. As they share an equal level of passion for their medicine and dedication to their patients, it felt only natural for them to embark on creating a Health and Wellness Center together.
